I got biab nails here and they were great but when I went to get them taken off they RUINED my nails. They filed all the layers of my nails off. I went in with long nails but they have now all broken off. My nails are paper thin bendy and the worst part is they hurt. I paid £10 to get my natural nails ruined.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews however I am really unhappy. I’ve come to Hampton Nails a few times and I’ve had to go back twice now to get my shellac nails fixed because they’ve chipped days after getting them done. I thought I’d give it one more try and went back on Wednesday to get a shellac manicure, they started chipping and lifting a day after which I am so shocked about. It’s now Sunday and a lot of my nails are now lifting and chipping. I am so very disappointed as I would expect them to last. I have been doing some research and I’ve found that this only really happens if vital steps are missed. I do feel this is the case as I seem to always be rushed through. I think it’s probably time to try somewhere else now which is such a shame.

I came into Hampton nails for biab and the customer service was great. I had my arm in a sling from a broken collarbone and Leon who did my nails was extremely accommodating and friendly thank you.

I would 1000% recommend coming here! The staff are so friendly and kind, their customer service is fantastic, the shop itself is great too very clean and relaxed environment, even the prices here are very fair for their brilliant work!

They’ve done my nails nine days ago after the visit my nails gone very funny soft , I’ve asked on the the day I’ve booked how much they said £28on the day I payed £31 don’t know why , I don’t like when more then one person is doing my nails like in this place I’m not happy they ruined my natural nails and cost me extra money to go and fix them not happy !

Amazing experience yesterday at the salon. My daughter had her nails done for the 1st time. Build a gel technique, and I had shellac gel done. Brilliant staff and so friendly and accommodating to what we wanted. Even we're able to do the design my daughter had wanted. Great value for money. Will be back very soon. Highly recommend. Thank you 😊 Dec 2024 - new lots of nails for me and my daughter and Hampton nails did not disappoint. Our nails were done amazingly, and we loved both designs we had done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Went in for an infill and came out with the most beautiful nails. This glass bead trend is stunning! Cannot recommend Hampton nails and beauty enough 💅🏾
