I don’t understand the high rating of this salon. When I arrived, they told me to sit down and wait, but I ended up waiting 25 minutes before they started. One technician began working on my nails, then left me with the color samples for another 20 minutes before her colleague took over and started everything again. I felt like I had already wasted 40 minutes.
The atmosphere is tense, focused on speed and quantity rather than care. Communication was difficult, and when I asked for clarification, they reacted with visible irritation. I also noticed some glitter on a few of my nails, clearly showing that the top coat brush hadn’t been cleaned properly after a previous service. As I mentioned, they seem to care more about working as fast as possible rather than being precise.
The quality of the service was poor — minimal cuticle work caused the polish to flood the skin, especially with light colors, and the lines were uneven. They didn’t ask if I was happy before curing the nails.

The final result was disappointing. Because of the atmosphere, lack of precision, and long waiting time, I won’t be coming back.

Very busy today. My daughter and I went for a pedicure each and I wanted SNS re done. My daughter sat for over 30 minutes with her feet in the water while I spent the same time with my fingers soaking in Acetone. By the time her pedicure was finished my nails had only just been started. In the end spent 3 hours in there. End results were fine and staff/ owner very pleasant but we won’t be going back. Slow service and over priced.

Went for a pedicure, was a good end result however it took way too long and I wouldn’t go there again because of the wait
I was sitting in the water for 30 minutes before anyone even started and it wasted pretty much the whole afternoon.

I had an appointment as I usually do they are never on time but used them as they are convenient. I had to wait just 7 mins for my pedicure they put me in the foot bath it was not cleaned properly I was in the water for 35 mins I was so fed up I wiped my feet and went to leave they tried hard to get me to stay but enough was enough so I left and will never use them again

Love getting my nails done here. Lovely staff and listen to what you want, not what they want. I'm happy to listen to any advice that they give. Beautiful results! If you're not happy just be honest and they will correct anything for you. Highly recommended and nails last ages! :-) Thank you
