Would give it 0 stars if i could. Customer service is appauling. Never communicate even when cutting your nails and they hurt you no apologies are said. What's the point of an appointment if not going to be seen on time? I waited 25 mins and no one said anything about being late nothing about a sorry we running late will be with you shortly. Nothing. I am so disgusted at that owners attitude towards customers. As i got up to leave that's when they say will be with you ina minute, but what happened to the last 20 minutes when you didn't say one word to me? Disgusting

After finding this salon I would not get my nails done anywhere else. I get SNS powder nails and my nails are in the best condition they have ever been. They are strong and last 4 to 5 weeks without any lifting or chips. The two ladies in the shop are fast and efficient.

Really boring salon, no music, no atmosphere and it would be nice if they actually spoke to the client so the service required was understood. Instead they just sit and talk in mandarin to eachother. I needed some reassurance today and I don't have my nails done very often but it was a bad experience all round.
They seriously need to see that having that done is a treat (for most) and to make it a relaxing experience.
