been going for years but David and Lee and a few others have gone .all new in there they rude. I went in 2 weeks ago and the lad that was doing them just kept pulling my arms and saying relax I have fibromyalgia. but he just kept yanking them .it was awful. not going back

Always worry a bit trying a new place but this was great I was seen quickly and the attention to detail on my acrylics was great and they look amazing and just like the picture I showed. So pleased, never write reviews, but I’ll be back! Thank you!

Sadly it’s not what it used to be in terms of quality, service and attention to detail. It used to be such a treat coming to Apple nails however now it just doesn’t have the same welcoming feeling. I won’t be going there again.

Would not reccomend if looking for genuine quality nails. Paid £40 for a pedicure with gel and 2 days later 2 of my toe nails gel come off. Skin still feels hard and I honestly don’t feel like I’ve had my toes done at all, I could do better at home by myself. I have had treatments else wear and my gel has last over 2 months and feet look lovely. Staff were friendly but unfortunately friendly staff don’t make the cut when you’re paying for a service. Please do not go here.

I have been a regular for a few years now but sadly, the change of personnel has really affected the service.
They don’t feel trained at all and their frustration with any feedback makes them very rude and defensive.

This used to be such a great nail bar. The service and skills is not what it used to be. I needed up asking them to take off the work they’d done where it was so bad. Such a shame as used to be my favourite but now they seem rude and uninterested as well as their prices going up. The place also looks unloved and needs a good clean and spruce up.

Rude and over priced, messaged them about what i wanted and how much it was going to be and they charged me more afterwards.I also tried to call them a day before to discuss price and there was no answer. They’re communication is awful online and in person, do not recommend.
