Went in there at 1:15 and left at 3. No unsanitary and the woman left to go on break halfway through, my nails are wonky and I got the plainest set. French tips. I was charged £50 for short nails. It took ages to actually get started, other customers got sent to a different salon. Will not be returning as everything was dirty. Didn’t make any conversation just spoke to other colleagues in different language.

Poor quality work, hurried and poor attention to the job and delivering a good quality service. Not that anyone else was waiting! Nail polish was in bottles that had not been well kept, polish was poorly applied and thick and clumpy as a result. My child could have done a better job myself!

Always a brilliant set of nails from here. Every single member of staff is friendly and a perfectionist, and they always make sure you leave with nails you love. Drinks offered, never feel rushed and my nails always look fantastic!

Very aggressive business practices — left feeling uncomfortable and misled.

I booked my appointment online at a clearly stated price. When I arrived, I asked for the same service, but they didn’t have the colour I originally chose. I agreed to change it. The appointment took less than half an hour, just a simple nail varnish.

When it came to paying, I was suddenly charged almost three times the price of the service I had booked. I was told I had received something different — a service name I had never heard of. After checking their website at home, I discovered that this service and price don’t even exist on their published pricelist.

I left feeling cheated and very uncomfortable. This kind of pricing behaviour is unacceptable.

First timer : LOVE MY NAILS!!! Lovely bubbly staff - gave me great advice on how to look after my nails going forward - didn’t rush - drinks offered .. what more could you ask for!!! will definitely be back!! :)
