I had BIAB done by Nessy today and she did an amazing job! I will definitely be making this my regular nail salon :) Thank you!

I am so disappointed and angry that the therapist did not turn up to my scheduled 11am appointment today Sunday 22nd March with no explanation. Unfortunately, I had rearranged my day to for this in around my fathers hospital visit - which makes this all the more frustrating. Will not be returning.

Owner Response:

We’re very sorry to read this and completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, especially given the circumstances around your father’s hospital visit.

This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and a missed appointment without communication is something we take very seriously. We are currently looking into what happened so we can address it properly and ensure it does not happen again.

We would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and make this right. Please do contact us at [email protected] so we can follow this up with you personally.

Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Nessy gave me the most fantastic pedicure. It was very relaxing and my toes look amazing. Since moving to the area, I’ve tried many nail salons and this is by far the best one.

Owner Response:

What a pleasure it was to have you in the Salon Gabriela and we are so glad that you are happy with how your toes look and your expeywith Nessy!! Come back soon!!
