Google I’ve finally found a nail place that I can genuinely rely on. The quality of the nails is always amazing, and what I love most is that they don’t rush you through your appointment and they really take their time and care about the end result. I’m always so happy with my nails and the service every time I visit.
It’s also so refreshing to see more businesses becoming pet-friendly and moving with the times. It makes the whole place feel welcoming and modern. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now…. I highly recommend!

Google I called the other day to make an appointment as a treat and boy was I wrong to do so. If I could give zero stars I would. Someone brought her dog in and it sat it at the counter. Absolutely unacceptable and a violation of health and safety for an animal to be near such equipment. The person who did my nails was very aggressive and hurt, think it was the owner. Definitely will not be going back.
Owner Response:
Firstly I would like a address that we are a pet friendly salon and we have many customers who brought their dog in when they come for their treatments. For all the years that we have been operating all dogs are all well behave and does not caused any inconvenience to other customers or violate any health and safety as you have mentioned.
Secondly, when you were in the salon to get your nails done there were no dog in the salon therefore how you said there was is beyond me as I was in the salon at the time.
Our technician always gentle and take care when treating customers, for you to say that the technician is aggressive and hurt in your review is not true as when I asked you how was your treatment before your left, you said that you were happy, why the certain change of tone in your review!
For you just to assumed that the person who did your nail was the owner which is wrong as I did not do your nail and what is also wrong is that there were no dog.
I hope next time you leave a review please be honest and also leave a more informative review on the treatment that you received so that we can take this on board and improve our services.

Thank you so much for your kind review and hope to see you soon at the salon
