I paid double than I normally pay for the worse eyebrows I have ever had . Not only they done a horrible service but the attitude and the rudeness was leaving me with tears. I had to come back twice for her to fix it… not only I will never go back there again but I will feel sorry for the people are going there .

My go to, to get my eye brows threaded!! I have had all of the lady’s that work there do my eyebrows and every time they are perfect.
I have also had my arms waxed which were excellent too!!!

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted at Serenity Beauty and unfortunately had a very distressing experience.

Following the waxing treatment, the skin around both of my eyebrows became extremely sore, red and visibly damaged. By the next day, areas of skin looked lifted and raw, consistent with a wax burn rather than normal post-treatment redness. My eyes were also swollen the following day, adding to the discomfort and concern. This was not a mild reaction, the skin was broken, swollen and painful, and I am now having to focus on healing the area and hoping it does not scar.

The brow shape and tint result were also far heavier than requested and did not follow my natural brow line, but the main concern is the condition of my skin after the waxing procedure.

I returned to raise my concerns but did not receive an apology or appropriate reassurance, which was very disappointing.

I went back the next day to show my skin and claim my refund, which to their credit they did issue but still no apology.

I am devastated, as this has happened just before an important weekend when I had hoped to feel my best.

I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution, particularly when having waxing treatments around delicate facial skin.
