I’ve been a customer at this nail bar for around two years and have usually had very positive experiences with Jenny and the other gentleman, who are always lovely and accommodating.

However, my visit on Tuesday just after 9am was extremely disappointing. While I was choosing a nude colour for my manicure and asking for advice, the man doing my nails became impatient and spoke to me very abruptly. At one point he raised his voice saying “don’t like this, don’t like this” while I was looking at colours.

He then tried to remove my nails because I was taking a moment to decide on a shade, which I found quite shocking and made me very uncomfortable!!!

What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that I was the only person in the salon at the time, so there was no pressure from other customers waiting. Being spoken to like that while alone in the salon made the whole experience feel very unpleasant.

I ended up leaving with my hands half done and decided not to go ahead with the pedicure I had planned. Jenny kindly asked if I was okay as I got extremely upset - i actually left crying !! I wasn’t charged for the unfinished service & very disappointing experience.

As someone who owns a small business myself, I don’t like leaving negative reviews and would have preferred to contact the salon directly, but I couldn’t find an email address. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because customers should feel comfortable and respected.

I called very last minute on a Saturday morning when I was 15 minutes away and couldn’t find a nail salon to do my nails - was having a panic as my nails had been awful for weeks and finally got the chance to get them done (baby at home) they told me to go in and fitted me in much to my delight!
They did my nails perfectly.

£32 for a 15min, bad pedicure! I suspect they rushed due to a double booking as another customer arrived just after me having booked the same time. No acknowledgement from owner, as only broken English spoken! Will try Glamorous nails next time.

Beautiful nails and great service for an affordable price. Have been here a few times for dip power nails and they always looked fab, especially as I'm always pretty particular about what I want. Just tried ombre with extensions and was not let down. Thank you!

I could not recommend this salon enough. They deliver every time. My nails have never been so great! I had an image of what I wanted in my head and they couldn’t have been more spot on!!! Amazing place and super lovely

I went here the other day and the lady who did my nails was great and really friendly. They helped me find a colour I liked and were very patient as I find it hard to pick aha. My acrylic nails are very well done and I love the shape. Would definitely recommend!
