I went in tonight after reading some bad reviews thought I’d still give it a chance .i found the booking easy and straight forward. The place was spotless and seats very comfy, staff friendly and chatty some were being trained so they spoke in their native language but one guy explained without being asked that they do struggle with English so speak in their own language for quickness which is understandable, I showed them a picture of what I wanted and the length and we chatted on and off. The price was good and I will return in future. Update …Had nails done last done last Saturday nails seemed to wide and kept snagging so contacted lily who asked me to come in today and re did them 😊lily was lovely ,happy and friendly and with no drama got them perfect in no time at all very happy 5*

Third time visiting for another gel polish! Service really does live up to the business name, my nails are ALWAYS supreme after an appointment here.
Team are very efficient and pay excellent attention to detail. Great value for money. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you ☺️ 💅

This is the only place I am able to fully relax. The atmosphere, music and good vibes allow you to sit back and relax. Will be returning and highly recommend. They are so kind and have helped me in my nail growing journey.

Booked an appointment to fix a terrible set done elsewhere in the morning, these guys were so accommodating and definitely made me feel reassured as soon as I walked in! The attention to details was truly outstanding!!

Dreadful experience yesterday 8/5/2025. I have been coming here for around a year and no problems prior….asked for removal of old acrylic nails and new set. Nail Tech didn’t soak the previous acrylic but attempted to prise a false nail extension between the old acrylic and my natural nail. This tore my fragile nail in half, he then attempted to use the dremel file tool to file it and caused a huge bleed. Avoid!!! I shall not be returning!!!!

I’ve been going to supreme nails for over a year. And while my nails have been ok. The way lily spoke to me yesterday was so rude. I asked for a heart on two of my nails but this seemed too much to ask for. I have always tipped to but in all honesty when you talk in your own language and snigger to your colleagues it does give a clear impression you are talking about your clients. They were also rude to a lady sitting next to me when she asked if they can shape her nails a bit more for her as she was unhappy with the shape and that was too much for them. Manors go a long way and when your running a business you need to be polite.

I’ve been coming to supreme nail now since they opened a few years back, I’ve always been very satisfied with my nails and experience! Staff will laugh and joke with you and impressively speak amazing English! Always greet you on entry and say goodbye on exit, very clean and very professional! Highly recommended! :) and I’m very fussy!

Very disappointed. I agree with the other reviews, they speak amongst themselves giggling almost, laughing at you. I barely understood what the guy was saying, then he’d say something to his colleague and then they’d laugh. Got my nail shape wrong, they were wonky, not filed properly, different shapes, I complained 5 times in total, (as I believe it’s unfair to moan after you’ve had them done, so they were aware) just met with giggling and laughing. The red paint I had on previously wasn’t taken off properly so I mentioned it as I was having white tips, so he quickly took it off and then I saw more red so pointed at it (not that I should have to, never had to anywhere else) that was met with more giggling and talking amongst themselves in their language) Probably the worst nails I’ve ever had. I’d avoid if you want a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was tense, seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. I’ve got home and can see my old colour all along the side of my nail, uneven, bumpy, the white isn’t neat or even. Will not be returning. Horrendous experience!
