I had my combination brows with Kelly at Perfection last year, I've been going to the salon for a few years now but this was the first time I had ever had semi-permanent make up and Kelly made me feel completely at ease! Extremely professional, helped me make choices about my decision and showed passion in her work. Absolutely in love with my brows, would 100% recommend to anyone!

Would highly recommend Kelly Mullender for permanent make up. I had both my eye brows and eye liner done over 2 years ago now and they still look as good as when I first had them done! Very professional and Kelly knew exactly what shades to use to suit my face/skin tone. Very happy!

I had my lip blush and eyeliner tattoo done by Kelly, and I absolutely love the results! 💋✨ From start to finish, she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The salon was beautiful, clean, and had such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Kelly is so professional, friendly, and really takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend! 💖

Kelly did my bridal make up & 4no bridesmaids make up at a venue in Suffolk.
I’m not a big make up person at all, in fact I can count on my hands how many times I would wear a full face in a year, so I was a little nervous about whether I would still feel myself. But Kelly put me at ease straight away with the trial, talked me through options and I came away really pleased with the look.
Post trial I think I described it to Kelly as how I would normally do my makeup - but a more expensive version! It was also really hard wearing and lasted 12+ hours in the heat.
Would highly recommend booking Kelly for bridal & bridesmaid make up.

I've been using perfection now for a couple of years, and have them booked to do my wedding in a few weeks, the girls are lovely. Charlie does a fabulous job of my nails and lashs even as a nail destroyer, She always makes them look beautiful, Kaylee does a gorgeous job of my hair, I come out feeling like a new woman. Both Kelly and Kaylee recently did my makeup and hair trials. They were fantastic very professional and the end results were beautiful. All the ladies are friendly and welcoming 5* service all round. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing salon in Lowestoft within easy reach of the train station.
The staff are always super friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond for their clients.
I have personally had gel nails, eyelash extensions, brow tints, waxing, makeup and hair (both cut & a separate style appointment) and I can’t praise the team enough.
Highly recommend Kelly and her team at Perfection.

Lovely experience from start to finish every time I go to the Perfection Salon. All of the girls make you feel so welcome and relaxed. I get all my beauty treatments and my hair done at Perfection and also take my son for his hair. 100% recommend, best salon around!
