Google We’re extremely rough, scrapped skin off around whilst doing a removal, once new nails were on a different person painted them she had missed a bit and then touched it up with a completely different colour and then laughed when I pointed it out, didn’t offer to correct it or reduce price for messing it up, will not be going back, Kenny at Miss Saigon is far superior

Google I’ve been going to this salon for absolute years always had an amazing experience but since mai has been in hospital the place has gone severely downhill I paid £40 for a full set, less than a week later both thumb nails broke, acrylic is lifting round the edges and when I went in to ask for this to be corrected I was told the manager was on holiday for 3 weeks and he was only prepared to repair my thumb but I would have to pay!!! Needless to say I won’t be returning

my experience was painful/rough
They f* up my natural nails which I've always kept manicured, caught my skin with the drill several times, They rushed my entire set & the colour I picked needed more than 1 coat.. I can say I wont be returning thankyou!
