So I’ve been going to this salon since they opened!! From day 1 they have always be very hesitant to do any form of design (even the simple ones) then every single time I go without fail it’s ALWAYS a different price and NEVER the price on the board!

Then to top it off you’ll book an appointment to turn up & have to wait because they always serve walk in customers before the booked one.
Oh and god forbid your 5 mins late to your appointment! They’ll have a customer sat in your chair already then expect you to return 2 hours later and pay for a full day of parking (as there is 0 free parking in hadleigh)

Not only this but the language barrier is pretty horrendous just trying to explain basic things like how long you want them is a challenge.

I used to love this nail salon but it has now become a choir to visit.

Wouldn’t recommend.

Have gel varnish on both hands and feet, ALWAYS super happy with the result. And the staff are such happy friendly people. Defo recommend 👌

Went, was full, asked to come back in 20 mins which I did, still busy, asked to
come back again but had lost faith by then! Went to The Pink Barn instead which was superb and no dearer.

Really not happy with the finished nails. I asked for the first picture with a slightly wider white tip and a glazed shimmer over. My tips look yellow and the shimmer isn’t what I asked for. There’s hairs in the cured gel. Off to have these removed.

Went for my first appointment today. So happy with my nails, staff are super friendly. I have booked to go back in a couple weeks. Best nail salon I have been too!

Had gel nails yesterday, after she had finished the nails were not hard like I have had previously. When I asked about this I was told by the man it was due to my nails!! So my fault they weren’t done properly!!
This discussion was had in the middle of the shop in front of everyone, not wanting to make a scene I paid! Yes I paid and left!
Avoid at all costs !
