Chelsea was absolutely fantastic today! I am very particular about who colours my hair but I was made to feel so welcome from the second I walked into the salon and I was put at ease right away! I got offered a cup of tea straight away and then Chelsea explained the process of what she was going to do to my hair, she is extremely passionate, experienced and knowledgeable, I cannot recommend her highly enough and I will absolutely be using her again for all of my future haircuts and colour. She also cuts my daughters hair who absolutely adores her, Chelsea talks to her as if she was an adult and asks about her day etc she truly is incredible and I feel a million dollars! Thank you again!

I wasn’t going to elaborate but since your basically calling me a liar I will. I came into the salon on Thursday 4th May at 10am, I was the only client in so the fact you can’t see me in your records is quite shocking! Especially with my name being uncommon but anyway back to my experience. This is my first cut since moving here 2 years ago (I usually wait until I’m in my hometown) I had a wash and cut booked. I had my hair washed which was fine but that was all, I told the lady who was going to cut my hair that I had just had a baby 4 months before and my hair was falling out and very knotty. I also explained that I was head sore, she proceeded to drag what knots I had out of my head quite roughly and didn’t hold the hair when she did come across a knot which is what normal salons do. Then after what felt like ripping my hair out I was made to stand the entire cut because my hair was past the back of the chair. I’ve since spoken to people with long hair if that is standard practice here and I’ve been told no on numerous occasions. So I will not be coming back to this salon.
