Had a mixed experience here.
First visit they were amazing, I didn’t want extensions and they kept my nails short and clean, very quick service and friendly staff.
Second visit I wanted infills as I’d had to get my acrylics done elsewhere and they’d grown out, initial communication was great, checked what I wanted for a design and were accommodating on availability but on the day I made them aware via Facebook and text that I was running 5 minutes late due to getting stuck with family commitments (it’s nearly Christmas so traffic is awful). I don’t know if this had anything to do with what occurred but the nails themselves look exactly like what I asked for however my fingers were left red and raw, multiple nail beds bled and at one point the nail technician cut my pinky finger in an attempt to remove nail varnish that had got on the skin and when I said “ow” she attempted to do it again causing me to have a clear cut on the side of my finger. Photos are from this event.
It’s a shame as they were great when I first went but my second experience really put me off returning.

Brilliant little nail bar. Great service at a good reasonable price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Amy and her staff are consistently good and help with choices etc.
The quality of the work by Amy and her staff is second to none.

they are a good place but when I got my nails done the last 2 times they were bulky and half and inch from my cuticle and I wanted ombre pink to black they gave me grey to black and it was streaky like you could still see the brush strokes and the last ones I had were black coffin nails and again half and inch from my cuticle and were still sticky and bulky they didn't file it good underneath and they cut me twice on my cuticle I could have gotten an infection really easy and I waited over 3 hours for my nails but should of booked an appointment so my bad really but 3 hours?? really? oh well but they are affordable a set of nails is like 30 quid I think but for that price I should have known they weren't the best I see on everyone else's nails they look amazing but this has happend to me twice and they rush alot and end up crooked

I have had my nails done at nail glamour for probably 9 years, absolutely fantastic, whatever you ask for you get all the staff are so lovely, And Amy is more like a good friend than my nail technician. Recommend 100%
