Been going for few years and never had a problem but then staffing seems to change and so I'd the quality of the nails I went back after a week as they were lifting and had chipped then two days after that they were lifting again and one of my fingers had started to go red and painful and was bleeding from under the nail so I had to remove it as it was infected
Won't be going again as there attached was terrible with me when I completed

Had my nails done here twice now, although they're usually good today wasn't the best. The first lady who started my nails didn't stick down the falsies properly so they kept popping off, she then went onto the acrylic that she scraped off my nail three times before having someone else take over. The man who then did my nails was so rough my eyes were watering the entire time. He couldn't of gripped my finger any tighter, I had shooting pains into my hand and he over filed my nails, the skins around my nails felt like they'd been filed off. I asked him if he could repaint one nail and he seemed annoyed about it. Wiggled my finger around and said fine and slammed the nail varnish on the table. Now I'm back home 5 hours later and I'm in agony with my nails, they're so sore it's unbearable. If this continues tomorrow I'll be having them taken off. Such a shame when I do not get to treat myself to nails very often!
Another thing is how they do not speak to you, but everytime a customer comes in they'll speak their own language to one an other, having a laugh. It's rude and I can only imagine what they have to say about their customers who have no idea what they're saying!
