Google I just needed basic hair cut style Feathered Layered Hair or V-Shape Layered Cut, Kerry didnot know how to do it, mentioned has many years experience and I ended up with really short bad hair style and I have to live with that for now. I was really unhappy with my hair style and service.

Hey Xuankieu, thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry you didn’t end up with the results you wanted. As witnessed by myself (Jo). It was a totally miscommunication from both sides. And I can honestly say both sides are disappointed with outcome of the service , it has really upset Kerry as much as yourself. She apologised and didn’t charge you, which I thought was a really honest professional approach to the end of service . Again we are sorry and hope you can find someone who can do a v-shaped layered cut.

Google Jo has done 2 piercings on my daughter and she is going back for more she is brilliant, especially with my daughters first as she was so nervous now she wont go to anyone else for a piercing definitely recommended

Google Contour is such a great place. I love my monthly treat, having my nails done with Jo. She always does them perfectly and I have many different designs that always look lovely. Jo and the other staff are all so friendly, and make it a pleasure to return every few weeks x

Google I rang up in the middle of July to make an appointment for a gel polish and a very miserable sounding lady answered the phone and said there was no appointments till September,Definitely a poor service

Hello sarah, thank you for your feedback. So sorry the member of staff didn’t sound more cheery. That’s something we can work on. As for available appointments, we are a well established salon of 18 years with loyal, regularly revisiting clients which make the salon appointment book very busy.

Google I've been going to Emma for my hair for a number of years now, she knows how to get the blonde that I love and recently hair extensions. I've been going to Jo more recently for nails and lashes. I always come out feeling amazing. They listen to what you want and where required offer advice or alternatives. Always friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Google I did a builder gel course with Jo, it was a fantastic experience. She was full of knowledge and experience and it was 1-2-1 training,which appealed to me even more. I feel very confident in using the treatment at work now. Thanks Jo,it was worth every penny. 100%recommend training with you Xx
