If I could give 0 stars I would , firstly the men that work in there 10/10 do an amazing job however the women very different! Always got a face on as if she doesn’t want to do your nails and they make up the price as they go along they have a price list on the wall and then try to charge you completely different when you go to pay !! This hasn’t happened just once and it happened to me and 3 other people on the same day . They don’t even make conversation just talk and laugh amongst themselves which is very rude 0 customer service skills I will not be using again they’re much better nail salons in burton

I’ve never had an issue with this place before today, the men that work in there are all really nice but i went today & it was all women. She was talking through the whole appointment & kept stopping doing my nails to talk. She also kept stopping to ring people. I went back after i’d left as the nails on the little fingers were just a bit too long & they were so rude when i went back. She argued with me saying there was nothing wrong with them, the lady next to her agreed & i said can you please just file them down slightly. They both started laughing at me & talking in their own language & laughing. i felt so uncomfortable i said they were fine so i could leave even though they were still too long. She walked off & didn’t put any polish back on them so now they just look awful. I’ve been coming here for a long time & always thought they were nice people but after this i won’t be back.

Rude.. clearly talk about their customers in their own language and laugh between themselves but forget about Google translate. This is my first review for this place but my second visit. On the first visit I felt that the staff were talking amongst each other about customers. This second visit confirmed that. Won't be going back

My first time trying out Happy Nails after being disappointed at other establishments and I must say I can’t wait to return 😁
My appointment was at 10am It was quite busy even so early on but I was seated right away
The chap was very polite and professional I couldn’t decide what pink to have for my ombré but he was very patient and showed me many different ones until I was happy
He made sure I was happy with the colour and shape before applying the top coat that’s very rare in my past experiences as always felt rushed
I’m so happy with my nails Thankyou Happy nails you sure do what it’s says on the tin see you soon
