Its always nerve wracking trying a new salon but honestly, Shuu was amazing from start to end. She made me feel so comfortable throughout and was really attentive to my needs. She'd continually ask if I found everything okay with the shape, colours, design etc. She was also so lovely to speak with. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back again!

Came here for the first time, to have my nails done, with no idea what is best- Michael was really friendly and informative, he took the time to explain everything.. I had "powder gel" overlays, my nails were cleaned and prepped.. I then had his wife Lynne finish my nails off, Which I love 🩷 I asked about having a foot-pedi, without hesitation they sat me in a new very comfortable massage chair and gave me the best pamper I could ask for... I couldn't recommend this salon anymore, staff are friendly and welcoming, the place is bright and clean, best of all the service is amazing... They work so hard.

Booked appointment for 10am the day before my holiday. Turned up and shop was closed. Would not answer phone or messages. Waited 15 minutes and left to find somewhere else which was difficult so last minute!

Awful will not be returning. Asked for builder gel, once I left nails were so thin and flimsy, only one coat of gel colour was applied and the sides of my nails were missed. Have had builder gel for the last 5 years they have never felt so thin like this, my nails then started to break. Asked to come back to have them redone. I paid £35 for my first appointment, they said they would redo for me, then tried to charge me £25! I took some money for a tip with me as a thank you, wasn’t expecting to be charged due to the first application being so poor. Once I questioned the price they then reduced to £15, still did not feel like this was fair as my nails were only breaking due to poorly applied builder gel application. I paid the fee as I felt so uncomfortable but will not be returning.

Nice nails, they do a good job, place is warm and welcoming, can park down side near train station for free, staff are friendly and go out there way to make you comfortable, would recommend

If you care about the health of your nails… AVOID! Removed my acrylics to find dents in my nails. Also known as rings of fire. Acrylic was done so off centre and my cuticles were flooded with gel. No cleaning of the cuticle done. Initially asked for a French nail but had to change because they could not get a simple French done right. Decided to treat myself for my birthday as I usually do my nails myself and my nails I do are far superior to the nails I got here. So disappointing!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Staff need to be retrained!
