Hello, thank you for your review. I have a home salon within a garage conversion (this is mentioned on my website). If I believe you are the person who has called me today, firstly, it is a Sunday and the calls were made at 4.39pm and 4.40pm and no voice mail was left (if it is indeed yourself which I am lead to believe it may be as it's the only call from a number I don't recognise). I am in bed with a bad cold but I have still called back and left a voice mail at 5.56pm on a Sunday whilst feeling unwell so I believe that to be a good response? No high street salon would be available to respond on a Sunday evening. I work independently in a very busy home salon and I have a fully booked diary with regular clients who are happy with my response time and understand I run a busy tight schedule, work long hours to accommodate everyone as best as I can and I can't always answer the phone or return messages right away. It would be appreciated if you could take this review down as I feel it a little unfair and unjustified.

Google I would not go anywhere else for my nails and beauty treatments. Amanda is a professional and is very welcoming to all. If you manage to get an appointment (she is very booked up due to her excellebt reputation) you will not go anywhere else!
