I ALWAYS get my nails done here!!!!!
i’ve been going for over a year now and the quality is always perfect, they always provide me with what I want to T.
The staff are really friendly and always make the effort that you aren’t waiting too long and they match your expectations.
I currently work in a bar so sometimes i break a nail or two (they’re all naturally mine and sometimes i grow them too long) but they always repair them for free for me and squeeze me in, i always manage to get an appointment quickly and easily. After experiences with different nail bars and them always chipping or peeling I have never once had this problem here!!
I always recommend to friends and family!!!

Went in and sat me down quite quickly all good so far. shows them the photo of what i want and then did my french tips fine but the lady who i was doing my nails was very agressive yanking my ankles towards her and twisting them. When it came to the kisses part of my design which they told me they could do when i asked when i came in. The lady attempted three times to do it but couldn’t and kept smudging the red nail polish on my french tips and had to ask someone else but had to wait till she was finished with another client. After 15 minutes she came over to do this for me. she couldn’t do this either and after many attempts offered me stickers which looked like they were from temu. Went with the stickers as i’d already been there an hour. After toes were done they tried to charge me £35 for the service which was ridiculous so i gave them £25 and left. Would only let me give 1 star if i could id give 0. will not be returning.

Poor appointment keeping.
Poor quality nails unless you ask when booking an appointment, for the owner, that doesn’t necessarily mean he will do them from start to finish, so you aren’t always guaranteed to leave with great nails. The staff constantly talk amongst themselves in their language, not English which is quite intimidating, especially when you aren’t happy. There are plenty of other nail salons in Hednesford that give a far better service for the same price or less. This review is not from one or two visits!!

I came today for a pedicure and infills. 2 hours I was in there due to them overbooking people. It’s meant to be a pleasant and relaxing treat. I have 2 knee injury’s and I asked the girl twice to be gentle with me , however due to them booking too many people in at one time she was too rushed to care. It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had . I wonder if you people realise we work hard to give you our money. Clearly not! I will never return. Photo is the salon with people waiting at the door! Disgusting lot

Used for some time now was quite happy to start with but as gone down
They book far to many appointments so you get pushed from one technician to another witch makes your appointment longer
Then they rush to do your nails with no care and the finish is hideous will NOT be giving them my money any more

Me and my friend got our nails done and I am proud to say that they did a good job and was quick too absolutely love them 5 stars because a salon let us down and it very last minute I phoned them if they had any spaces and they excepted both of us with short notice

Very disappointed with my experience here. Booked 2 appointments. We had to wait ages, when they did get around to doing us, we felt very rushed and they kept saying they couldn't do certain things we were asking for. The staff are rude and for the money paid £85 for natural nails and one acrylic set it was not an enjoyable experience. Needless to say I will not be going back here again.
When your paying that sort of money , I expect a nice friendly environment with people wanting to please. If you expect the same find somewhere else because you will not get it here.
