Mo did my nails, she was very professional and friendly, did my nails very quickly and they were absolutely perfect, she asked lots of questions about what I wanted and checked I was happy at each step. It is a very clean and professional salon, I would recommend!

I always go here as they never fail me; the staff is always very nice and their shaping and designs are miles ahead of any other place I’ve been to. This is the only nail place that delivers such a high quality service where the nails last long too. Super reliable :)

Staff were friendly and service was good. I was not impressed won’t the cleanliness of the salon. Equipment including the basins used for pedicure and the table for manicures were not being cleaned inbetween clients.

Very hit and miss. Sometimes they’re good, other times quite disappointing. I spent £40 on a set that are wonky and uneven, they’re short nails too. They also don’t treat cuticles. Other times have been alright though but I won’t be going again. The photo attached is after just under a week.

Dreadful. Have been going to Mo for years but absolutely fed up with her constant animosity and sheer rudeness. Always having a go and chatting in Vietnamese. So rude. Plus takes ages as always changing around nail tech or stopping to answer phone. Just dreadful. You’ll be there well over an hour for a simple infill. Also very expensive. People spending > £100. Madness. Cash only ….. HMRC…?! Thank the lord I found Rubys nails just up the road. Very nice friendly people. Will never return here. Disgraceful nasty service. Plus you’ll make an appt and then wait for ages as they do walk ins instead of appt. Don’t waste time money or your sanity by going here. Mo. You REALLY need to be nicer. So so rude. Karma.
