I usually do my manicure/pedicure at home but when i want to spoil myself i come here. Literally just had my holiday manicure done, a lovely dark scarlet💅 . Great service from the staff and they're always kind and helpful. Highly recommend. 👍😊

Absolutely shocking. They all rush it , 3 different people were doing my nails. So in between i waited about 10 min for another person. Not even what I asked for but I couldn't stay longer .£38 I was there 1hr15 min.when I got home and looked at them properly I wanted to cry

I’ve been a regular customer since I started getting my nails done, but unfortunately, I’ve consistently been met with blunt and unfriendly service from the staff. During my most recent visit, I paid £37 for a plain BIAB treatment, expecting a professional result—something I could do at home myself, but chose to pay for the expertise.

However, the application was messy, with product left on my cuticles and the sides of my skin. I called and went back to have it corrected, but again, the staff were very dismissive. Instead of properly fixing the issue, they simply filed the product off my cuticles, leaving my the product reach to my cuticles uneven and shorter in length —without asking or informing me first. They also didn’t even bother to reapply a baby pink neutral base colour. Even when I asked it seemed to be an issue

Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the quality of the work and the attitude of the staff. I expected better, especially as a loyal customer.
