Terrible customer service! The guy shouted at me in front of all of the customers in the nail shop so rude! Completely ignored me when I was next for my nails doing . Just so rude this is my second time coming here and I will NOT be coming back . You don’t shout at customers!! Nails are as flat as pancakes too no arch to the acrylic. Do not recommend go somewhere else

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. I asked for a simple French tip with a pastel yellow, but there weren’t suitable colours available. My nails were also shaped much shorter than I wanted, and the French tips aren’t evenly rounded or consistent on both hands. Bosh left under my nails too.
I had to ask for one nail to be redone as it was noticeably shorter than the others, and after that it felt like staff began talking about me, which made me very uncomfortable. It didn’t feel professional.
I’ve been here before and previously loved my nails, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Be careful who you have to do your nails. Some of them are very rough with the nail file. I left with numerous cuts on my fingers. I won’t be going back.

Poor customer service, the man filed one of my hands when it came to the second one he got up and another woman came sat down and basically tickled the other hand so both hands was extremely odd I think she was a trainee and all the acrylic was left under my nails which I tried to mention multiple times and she just said it was because I kept touching it however she didn’t do the job right it was extremely uncomfortable and I was left with one hand really thick longer nails and had to file them when I got home and ruin the polish but I had paid a lot of money for these, whilst I was there they was talking about me in there language because I had mentioned I wasn’t happy

Shocking, do not offer appointments at all so you drive all the way through and unable to get in, their attitude is come back another day..... Totally forgot fuel was free😂

Will not use again as unable to get in and cannot just keep driving through hoping to get in ....
