My first visit to Coco, and definitely not the last! What a lovely Salon. The staff were welcoming and friendly, I felt at ease straight away. I usually tend to avoid "proper" beauty salons (rather than a cheaper nail bar), as from past experiences I've not felt at ease and slightly intimidated by staff, but that wasn't the case today. My nail technician (apologies I forgot your name) was really helpful, friendly and professional, recommending different colours and testing them for me to see. I didn't feel rushed at all, this was refreshing, as usually (at other salons) when I've been too indecisive, or unsure, or taken too long to find a picture, I was made to feel like an inconvenience, which was followed by an impatient eye roll! 9/10 times I'd leave feeling disappointed, and too uncomfortable to say it wasn't right.
I wanted very natural looking nails, the shape, length and colour is exactly what I wanted. The price was excellent value, especially as my nails and cuticles have been extremely negelcted, and we're desperate for some TLC! Which they certainly got.
I would highly recommend booking in. Thank you ladies.
