Very dissatisfied with the service received. Rushed despite having no other customers and within a couple of days, the nail broke. The nail polish has chipped after one week and is damaging my nails underneath.

I’ve never had this happen at any other salon - Cheap polish, not cured for long enough.

I visited Crystal Nails yesterday for a nail appointment and, unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. The man working there was very abrupt and rude — both to me and to other customers during my visit. His tone and manner came across as unnecessarily harsh, which really took away from the experience. He was impatient and irritated the whole time I was there which gave the salon an atmosphere.

I understand they are a busy nail shop, but when you spend £80 on beauty treatments, you expect not just good results but also a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. Beauty treatments are a luxury for many, and part of that luxury is enjoying the service as much as the result. Sadly, that wasn’t the case for me this time. I won’t be returning.

Staff are miserable though quite grumpy & male manager very often grumpy
Caught my cuticles : 3 times today with drill /.blade so a bit pink & sore . I paid £87 to be barked at basically ,
They need to be kind/gentle to customers fingers & toes as we are paying for a service & deserve respect .. there’s plenty around ! They are not the cheapest . Just be kind it costs nothing but patience ..

The women are lovely, chatty and professional but my full set of biab have snapped, ripped and fallen off within 10 days. Disappointed to say I paid £40. Went to ask for a repair after one week and was disregarded. Will find somewhere else in future

Had builder gel asked for a soak off and new set, never got the soak off even though I kept asking for it, the builder gel has been put on that thick it looks a mess and feels lumpy, £37 and want them off on day 3.
