Horrible experience on 01/12/25 at around 16:00-16:25. I was in the hair and perfumes aisle in Superdrug and an older female worker with a blonde bob was walking up and down the aisle, “fixing” things that I have touched. She also seemed to be mumbling as I browsed. I found this extremely rude. Then, she proceeded to make my daughter move out of the way to, once again, “fix” something, which I told her I will fix because my daughter bumped into it. I didn't even tamper with anything in any way but she made it seem as if I did something to the products to mess with them or disorganise them. I felt very uncomfortable as she did this. It also came to my attention that she was not doing this with other customers.

Stopped into the store with the misses to get her eyebrows done. Member of staff was friendly, warm and efficient. I can't comment on the rest of the staff but very happy with how we were looked after. Our business is locked in!

2025 and singling people out is still okay for Doncaster superdrug team not all but for some and gaslighting as well I went in I had one item in my hand lady stopped me bought me basket I told her I have one item she said it’s company policy to carry it so I did as I was walking around I seen many people with 10 items in their hand no basket so I asked other stuff member if it’s policy why I only have to carry it where they told me it’s not got the manger their she apologised gaslighting me that I probably misunderstood it I asked for the lady to apologise she was gaslighting me me that she just wanted to help cause I had stuff in my hand if someone wanna help they ask if you need basket not telling you it’s policy to carry it around this my experience quite disgusted that people like that are working there who still got something against people who are not white

Absolutely useless.

If you’re going in to buy something quick sure, but I called in
the morning to ask if they had a beautician in to do eyebrow threading (keep in mind im in a rush and need them done for my birthday and the usual place i go to made my eyebrows uneven the last time so i had to wait for them to grow back out).

A girl picked up and said a beautician SHOULD be in today, which i took as a yes, I drove there only to be met with a moody worker saying no she’s not in. So i went back home and rang the NEXT morning, a girl picked up and said yes she is definitely in from 10 onwards. So I drove and arrived there at half ten ish, and stood at the counter, there was a beautician doing someone’s nails and i didn’t mind waiting and she seemed to nearly be done. Then i asked how long is the wait for an eyebrow threading? and i was told THREE HOURS because its just her… What? What is taking you three hours, its walk ins only and there is no queue, you have one person in front of you nearly finished, honestly these people are useless.

I rang the Wheatley superdrug and they said they are free immediately.

Better off just going to that one for anything you need whether it be stuff or actual work done and staff are a lot nicer and smiley always. How the staff acts genuinely makes your day.

Pharmacy team……amazing! Went to see Nicky & Sue to get some Creon! Nicky said do you mean these! I just laughed…..Sue was at the front desk…..never stopped smiling!! What an absolute pleasure these 2 are!! I’m signed up with them now 🤣🤣❤️❤️

Wow u shut at 5.30 and your staff are mardy??? Try getting them to work in meadowhall ahah your life could be much worse. U have it easy. Awful service by old women at check out at around 4.30-4.40. 25/2/2025. Never had service like it. Didnt say hi to me even though i did. I accidentally dropped my itea causing it to go over counter she slammed it down and said a very sarcastic 'thanks' to get me to go. Rude and disgusting.

I never write reviews but i came in on the 31st August at 16:20, and i was served by Victoria and she was the friendliest cashier ive ever had in my times of going to superdrug. She was discussing the products i was buying and it made me feel like i was having a genuine chat with a friend. She deserves a pay raise just for her customer service skills and i think her management should know what a gem she is. 10/10 service.

The worst customer service as usual next time check the prices and discounts before you open and organise your shelves and put the products in their appropriate place rather than being annoyed 😑
