So because I complained once for being over charged and once because Anna caught my nail and tried to cover it up I am now told I am not welcome anymore!! Well from a shop who has changed its name 4 times to avoid bad reviews good luck to you, You certainly need lessons in customer service

I was getting my nails done for the first time, and I was hoping for a little support and advice. But the young man was in a real hurry, no support, no cuticles removed, and I think my nails are even not straight . I don't recommend it.

I am a young woman who uses a wheelchair due to my diagnosis of cerebral palsy. Initially I struggled with access into the property, I was then told as I couldn't put my feet on the floor
they refused to do my nails. This was an extremely upsetting and embarrassing time for me. I have used many salons in the past and have always been met with friendly helpful staff. My opinion, stay away. Why should i be treated any different to anyone else!
