I went into the shop with 4 acrylic nails left out which were lifting. The lady in the shop then decided to get a nail tip and cut it off my nail instead of soaking it and the other 3 were just filed down to my natural nail. I also asked for pastel colours to make it a little bit summery and she only gave me white tip. £40 I’ve paid for 9 nails doing and a little bit of colour on the bottom. And wasn’t even interested in my choices and didn’t listen to me one little bit. Will attach photos also. Contacted them to tell them I was unhappy and all they could offer was me going back for them soaking off and my money back after 4 & 1/2 hours sat waiting. Will not be coming back again. Not professional or kind or anything just rush the job to get you out of the shop quicker.

Not particularly friendly or welcoming staff. They speak to each other in their own language which makes me feel uncomfortable as I don't know have a clue what they are saying. Finish on acrylic not great, and starting to chip after 4 days.

My daughter went in for a full set of gel nails and they were so welcoming , we were a walk in and we didn't have to wait long to have her nails done, they look fab and they have done such a good job with them I will definitely be going back.

Really pleased with my nails, I had gel nails with wildflower art on them and they are absolutely perfect. They were really friendly and patient with me choosing the colours, checking I was happy with the design and shape etc. I would definitely go here again and would recommend ☺️ Nice atmosphere and music on, there is free parking locally and an ATM down the road as they are cash only.
