I'm writing this review for anyone who doesn't want to be scammed by this salon. Be careful because they make you book a with app fresha blow-dry and ecc with a price and then cheat you. My wife booked for a shampoo and blowdry and on the website they gave her 20 pounds + 25 for makeup. In total, it was 45 minus 13.50 for the deposit paid on the app, which then took 14 pounds. However, the final price was 31.50. At the end of the service, they charged her 51.50, from which my wife, in addition to the 14 that the app had already taken, they took 13.50 and the next day 51.50 was deducted from the bank, for a total of 79 pounds for a service that was worth 45 pounds, and we can prove everything with the app, which is all recorded. When my wife went to get information about the incident, the owner acted all sorry and said she would investigate, but in the end she contacted my wife and told her that the money they had taken was correct when in fact it wasn't. In the end she also told her that if she wasn't happy, she should contact a lawyer. In short, what can I say? Shame on you, and they won't see anyone else in the salon again.First of all, I didn't threaten anyone, much less did I enter your shop threatening you. We entered politely and asked to speak privately, but I think being polite wasn't enough. However, I just feel like saying that you lost a customer for £20. Yes, because my wife didn't receive any service other than what the app reported. You and your collaborators are making this up. That said, my wife won't be coming back.
