Been a loyal customer but quickly learned that counts for nothing , arrived and told I need to book an appointment by daughter , then try and book and get told I have booked the wrong way ……. Very clear they maybe have enough customers now to be rude to the ones that were there from the beginning! Won’t be back

Went in to get my toes done. First time being there and will be the last. Was sat down immediately however felt like the girl was very rude, didn’t acknowledge me at all and I almost felt like a nuisance to be there despite the fact there was only 1 other customer. Didn’t ask me one time if I even liked the colour just kept grabbing my foot and then pushing it to the ground. Just not a nice atmosphere at all

I don't have an account so I am using my husbands. I have used Nikki's bar several times but most recently I feel extremely let down. On one occasion my nails were done by her daughter who's not even qualified and I was charged the full amount on other occasions. The price fluctuates My nails are the same each time there was no difference. Sometimes I'm charged £25 others and charge £30. Am I find that the man is very abrupt I won't be going back

There's no price list up

I called to make an appointment and they said I can come over any time, so I said I'll be there in 15min. When I came the owner said she has changed her mind? What a waste of a journey.
