This was my first time visiting the place. I went for my nail another day but she said you need to get an appointment online because we are busy till next week. I made an appointment online but no one asked me about the appointment. They asked £10 more than other nail bars and I am not happy with their job because within a week, several of my nails broke.
Will not go back and don’t advise to anyone.

I go here often due to the quality of the service. After booking an appointment easily online, I’m always taken promptly. The salon is spotless and everyone is friendly while being professional. A great range of services available and an amazing range of colours too. Each manicure has been of great quality and very good value.

This was my first time visiting the place I made an appointment on line so didn’t know what to expect but on arrival no one greeted or even acknowledged I was there , eventually so one said something which resembled a grunt ! Sit here 🤷‍♀️
She was rude , expected me to look thru colors with one hand , even although I told her I wanted chocolate brown And every chance she got she was constantly on her phone . I have given three stars as she did do a decent job and still tipped her £5
Will not go back I want to she treated with respect

Had the most exquisite pedicure when I was in for fingers and toes in glossy. It never disappoints always super friendly staff and precise without taking too long, all at a fabulous price. highly highly recommend

Not a relaxing experience.Booked a month or more in advance to take my Neice for a pamper.2 men doing the pedicure.It was rough,rushed and felt far from relaxing.For £80 I would have thought a little bit more time and effort.

Salon is lovely and nails turned out nice for a simple colour and BIAB. However, the lady who did my nails was quite rude - didn't speak at all, even when paying, just took the cash out of my hands. No cuticle oil offered even though the client next to me got it and no loyalty card, even though another person used theirs. Wouldn't return.

I used to find getting my nails done such a chore until I started coming here. Such a luxury relaxed vibe in this salon with no unnecessary small talk, I’m never made to feel rushed when choosing colours/designs, all the nail techs here are super talented and friendly, and keep up with the latest nail trends. I now look forward to my nail appointments, thank you team x
