Had extensions two days ago… just had to pay to get my nails done again! Don’t bother!

First time trying Allure today and I'll definitely be back. The staff were lovely, I'm happy with my nails and it was very reasonably priced

If I could give negative stars I would. One star doesn’t even describe how poor the experience was. No price list, prices made up on spot. Agreed on what we wanted and used picture to show as English very poor. Unsure if one staff member actually worked there or not as didn’t seem to know what he was doing at all and female staff member kept checking to overlook. Abruptly moved seat to accommodate another client who then walked out as she realised what was going on when the male member started doing her hands when she said feet. The wrong type of polish was applied then we were told it would be extra to remove it. The boss started shouting at us saying that’s what we asked for and we tried to explain it looked nothing like the photo they were copying from. 45 mins later we left as they had completely ruined our nails and had no confidence either of them had the skills to fix them. Genuinely diabolical from start to not even finish. My cat could do a better job.
