Went here to get a pedicure with gel and manicure with gel, within 2 days my gel nails had lifted and most come off, went back to get a refund today and the manager was blunt and rude to me, demanded to see my toes in reception then refused a refund for them because I wanted them to be removed, instead of fixed (probably for it to lift again in 2 days) they also tried to charge me to remove the gel on the toes. I ended up only getting a refund for the manicure but no refund was given for the £6" nail art" or the £43 pedicure.

Will not be going back and I warn anyone going there to not expect your nails to last and not to expect a refund when they do.

Was seen straightaway which was good girl who did my nails was nice very friendly unfortunately after 2 days the gel is starting to lift on one nail which was the nail she had trouble with very reluctant to go back

We had an excellent experience here with my daughter having ears pierced.
Naturally my daughter became very anxious once we were sat in the little room. But the lady I think who owns it,manages it, stepped in. She was amazing. She instantly put my little girl at ease and her ears were pierced within a couple of minutes. I'm not sure if she may have backed out if this lovely lady had not stepped in. And my little one is so proud of herself for doing it and she absolutely loves her newly pierced ears. She cannot wait to swapthemoutfor lots of different animal ones. Thankyou so much xx

"Jo" is really rude and cold. I've been twice and on time for both my appointments yet I've had to wait over 15 minutes by the time I'm seen. Wouldn't bother going, seems they just want your money

I had a great experience here. I felt very welcome when I first got here. My nails are lovely. Jo was very professional, and she did a really good job at my infilling my nails. I’m very happy with my them. The prices are reasonable. I’d highly recommend this salon in Yate.

I have given this 1 star but if it was possible, I wouldn't give any. I had a foot pedicure and it was the worst I've ever had. I could have done a better job myself. I was kept waiting for 10 mins and when eventually it started it was not a nice experience. I was sat in a hard chair and after soaking my feet in a foot spa for 3 mins was asked to put my foot into the lap of the girl doing it. As I am in my late 70's this was painful for me. Hardly any hard skin was removed and my toe nails just lightly filed. The nail varnish was thick as there was only a bit left in the bottle, and after her waving her hands over my feet for 30 seconds she applied another coat. I was then asked to leave the room and return to the waiting area until the polish dried. After a short while the girl returned and said it was dry now and I could go. She didn't look to see if it was dry, and it was so thick it took all day to dry. As I put my sandals on to leave the polish on the two big toes smudged badly. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will certainly not return. I was doubly disappointed as it was a present from my sister.
