Google Messaged them to check availability, took them 24 hours to come back… Avoid at all costs, terrible customer service!

Hi Ryan, we are sorry that you have not received our usual levels of customer service on this occasion.
On further investigation, it was 12:45 on Good Friday when you messaged so the salon was closed, which is why your message wasn’t responded to until 10:18 on Saturday morning once we had reopened.
We do have an automated messaging service in place on all our social channels and also should also be in place on WhatsApp, to advice clients that messages are not monitored outside of business hours and to please allow up to 48hours for a response and any dates that we will be closed.
This process is in place to make clients aware of timescales and to avoid any potential disappointment.

Google I had my nails done today with Kyra and they are perfect. Kyra was super friendly, funny and professional. I also much prefer the way she did my cuticles too by using proper tools rather than an electric tool. Thank you. Looking forward to coming again.

Google I can highly, highly recommend this salon. I've had 2 excellent massages. The salon is a lovely place and very clean. Staff are really lovely. I have been really struggling with some things lately and I'm hugely overwhelmed by how the massage I had today has improved my wellbeing when I was experiencing dreadful anxiety!
