Google I've been to Botanical Beauty several times now for lash lifts and brows and I always leave feeling amazing. Carla has completed most of my appts but all the staff are charming, helpful, and great at what they do. Carla is lovely to talk to, she discusses what you want and is confident in giving her opinion and expertise. She talks you through the steps (especially if your trying something new,) and I have never left feeling uncertain or not liking anything I've had done.

Carla did a fabulous job on my lash lift and brow wax and tint. She was extremely professional, very bubbly and friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend her. I’ll definitely be going back!

Google Had been to waxing yesterday , not at all a good experience, charging money for every part but no proper work done .
Got full arms ,half legs and underarms wax done, they are doing it only at the places where there is hair and not covering the other part into waxing which is ridiculous, totally disappointed with the service.
