I'll start this review with: the final product, the nails look great. I called to make an appointment the night before, showed up and was told I had not been put into their schedule (I was not in a rush so it was okay for me to wait the 15 min). During the service the skin under my nails was cut and began to bleed. The lady was really nice and apologetic but i still had to pay full price for the less than average service and my finger still hurts.
