I’ve been going here for years but over the last few months I always end up getting the new trainee
I have no issue with him learning but he does not provide as good a service as the regular technicians and he takes double the time. I do think you should be asked if he can train on you, and should be given a discounted rate,
Anyway, today I got the trainee lad again….not only did he cut my finger when he was using the file, but he appears to have missed nails when doing a second coat, and now my nails on the left hand are a shade lighter than the hand on the right!?!
From now on I’ll be going else where,

Always do my nails lovely in here regardless of which person I go to, I get Acrylics with French tip and the quality is always amazing. They have a loyalty card aswell with the stamps

Overall pretty decent experience. The nail tech was fast and effective and really put in the extra effort to deliver a quality finish. The establishment is cash only but i was able to pay with bank transfer as I did not realise they did not take cards until it was time to pay. The spa itself is a bit outdated and the furnishings could use with a thorough cleaning. If you are looking for a nail spa that will do a decent job at a decent price, this is the place for you. But do not expect any frills.

I have been going here for a while. Past twice I have been charged 53 pounds . Two days ago 56 pounds . I find 33 pounds to paint toe nails and fit two false nails to toes very expensive . I also don’t like the fact that nail files and other stuff is used on everyone . After each person the stuff should be sterilised . I have problems with my feet due to MS and I just feel this can pass on to the next person . Seems each person just makes up the prices as they go along . Disappointing . Price list should be up for everyone to see in different bits of salon . I agree with other review appears there is confusion with what you ask for. I didn’t want the pink powder but again got told no it’s better. I left with nails the colour I didn’t want and 56 pounds lighter

I found the staff very rude here. Also charged a different price from what was advertised online. Very rushed as if they just wanted me out.
