This was my first visit here. I asked for a biab removal, I also asked if they would soak them off, the man at the desk said yes. I then was shown to a seat where the man immediately started filing it all down. I understand part of the removal process includes a bit of filing but not all of it. He filed too close to my cuticles and they are all cut up and sore now.
I understand this is a £10 removal without pre booking. But I was the only one in there and I only had my nails soaked in a hot bath for 2 minutes before he continued filing down even more.

It was a rush job and it shows, I had to go home and file them down properly, my nails have scratches and are sore now. I don’t know what they’re like with applying Biab but this was my experience.

I would like to give these guys credit. They’re so good with communication, and they always get back to you super quickly when you book appointments. Also, I’m aware that they work under a lot of pressure, yet they still always do such an amazing job on my Nails!!! That is very commendable- to be able to create amazing nails like this when you are constantly multitasking! 👍

I had a lovely lady do my nails.
This is the first time I’ve had my nails done and it was a great experience. She was polite and professional, the process was quick, and I left with amazing looking nails for my wedding.
I highly recommend!

I am not someone who leaves negative reviews – usually only 5 stars – but this experience has to be spoken about.

I never get my nails done, so this was meant to be a treat for myself. I went in and asked for acrylics with a painted tip and was quoted £35. Partway through, I was passed to a different nail tech who treated me appallingly the entire time. He huffed and puffed, rolled his eyes whenever I said “thank you,” and barked “in” while slapping the UV lamp whenever he wanted me to put my hand in.

My friend popped in to sit with me, like many others had people with them, but for some reason this seemed to aggravate him further. I remained polite throughout, but he was dismissive, rude, and made the whole experience extremely uncomfortable.

At the end, I was shocked to be told it was £45 instead of the £35 I’d been quoted. Not once did anyone explain the price change until after my nails were finished. I went to the ATM twice to cover it, yet not a single thank you was offered at any point – just my money taken and silence.

The whole thing left me feeling like I was an inconvenience, rather than a paying customer. Anyone would have thought I was asking for a free set of nails, not handing over nearly £50.

Disgusting service, unprofessional behaviour, and I will absolutely never return.

Had a brilliant lady do my nails looked great. They were gel toes.they were BEAUTIFUL!
To find they are smudged the colour as they’ve clearly not dried on UV. :/

Update review as of 29/07/25 I went back since moving to Somerset area and this is 10 mins away. I did not book and requested BIAB infill. It was very busy but I won’t complain about that as we they not right. This man called me over and got started drilling my nails and putting pink powder and liquid onto my nails. I remember this when I used to get acrylics at 16. I said is this Biab infill (as I’ve never had this before-I usually go in fishponds where I was living) he said no this is acrylic I said I don’t want acrylics I asked for Biab infill. My nails are super long and brain cells would say I wouldn’t need to get acrylics anyway let alone having asked for Biab.
He stopped and sat next to somebody else without even telling or excusing himself so I turned around to see this and I was genuinely confused and he just walked off and went to serve somebody else. I hadn’t been rude I just said in here for Biab infill. Clearly, he doesn’t specialise in this area so the lady came over and she did my nails. I asked for square with slightly rounded edges but they rounded them too much and the man who started drilling just started cutting my nails so now they are way too short and my nails grow so fast…
I didn’t like the fact I was made to feel like baggage and it wasn’t handled properly.
Let’s say I am any other person who’s never had acrylics nails I would have ended up paying for a set I didn’t ask for and I’ve never got them before to know this is acrylics and not biab.
Advice please check with customers before you start cutting their nails short and asking was this what you are after because it could have been too late. And I could see me being forced to pay for acrylics that I didn’t ask for.

When I walked in I told the women BIAB INFILL she said take a seat as they were all full she even wrote it down the man worn ten gelled thick slicked back hair cannot understand. Not happy

Pedicure not the best. I hVe very hard skin on my feet. The male technician was holding my feet up to show his colleagues and talking in a different language making it obvious that my feet were awful. I felt very uncomfortable indeed and will never go back again.
