Google Went in Taunton Superdrug today (6th) and was dealt with by two lovely ladies that definitely need a mention. Firstly Sharon who went out of her way to assist me around the make up section - we even ended on a hug and secondly Hayley on the tills who advised me that I was missing out on a free gift and was able to point me in the right direction to obtain it. Both ladies were a delight and made my experience there enjoyable. Thank you

Google Was under the impression my local superdrug was dog friendly. My son, his partner and I were turned away from getting our purchases, because they wouldn't allow me in with my well behaved, small dog on her lead this morning. Will get our toiletries, perfumes ect somewhere else in future. The store seemed almost empty of customers so wouldn't have been a problem

Google Ordered a click and collect service for three mousse sprays on offer, collected it on time no problems but got home to find my three items in a box far too large for them and absolutely no packaging whatsoever. As a consequence, all of the tops were off and two of the spray tops were broken off rendering them unusable. I now have to go back into town to change them. Very poor service indeed, all for the sake of a bit of scrunched up paper!
