Google Beyond happy with my nails that Hannah did for me today. She went above and beyond what I pictured in my head and is someone i recommend religiously to my friends and family. Not only has my nails every single time been amazing but they also made sure my daughter left smiling when I took her in there for her nails once. So thank you! Highly, highly recommend and there’s no where else I’d go. Been going since I was pregnant with my nearly 9 year old 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Google I strongly recommend avoiding this place. I had a very unpleasant experience today. One of the staff members was extremely rude and even raised her voice at me when I explained that I didn’t have cash. They only accept cash payments, but there is no signage anywhere to make this clear, and I wasn’t informed upon arrival either. (And note that they havent finished my nails. I just realised they dont accept cash when I asked to the guy who was doing my nails. He just only applied one coat for one toe nais.) This lack of communication is very unprofessional. And they should find some ways for card payments.
I also felt very uncomfortable with how I was treated, as the staff member’s behavior came across as racist.
On top of that, I was not satisfied with the service provided, as they applied acrylic nails before using gel powder, which was not what I expected. Overall, a very disappointing experience. And I feel like reporting this place.

We wanted to follow up regarding your recent visit.
You left the salon without completing payment for the 30 minutes of work carried out on your nails. You mentioned that you would return, but unfortunately you did not. This has caused inconvenience, as time was reserved specifically for your appointment.
In addition, there was some confusion during the service. You initially requested gel polish on your natural nails, and later asked for extensions. We checked with you multiple times to confirm your preference, and you agreed each time.
We also clearly informed you at the start of your appointment that we accept cash payments only. Both I and my staff confirmed this with you more than once, and you acknowledged this.
Instead of asking to clarify any misunderstandings, it feels like what we’ve said has been ignored. We do this for a living and value our time—it’s not something we do for fun. We completed your nails as requested and provide the same standard of work to you as we do for all our clients.
We kindly ask that you return to settle the outstanding payment. We also encourage you, for any future appointments, to carefully confirm your requested service and payment method to avoid any misunderstandings.

We also love how friendly they are and always make us feel welcome, nothing is ever too much trouble and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy and feel comfortable. Google Came to get nails done today - took a while and was patient - end result not that great paid £40 - £8 more than what I usually pay for infill I have cured paint on skin around nails and top coat is separating. I have this style often with my usual nail tech but I’m sorry I won’t be back

We are very sorry that the nails did not meet your expectations. As you have the nails done before with someone else, we did try the best we can to do it for you today. As you know some other nail tech won’t take over someone else's work.
For the price, we always let clients know the price of the set before we do it. So clients can make decisions to go ahead with the service or not. So today. We did let you know the price before we did it.
You might not know, so let me explain a little bit. For the salon at home, salon outside the town, salon in high street. The closer it is to the town centre, the more we have to pay different rates ( rent/ rate/ service charge for shopping centers etc…) for our spot. Our salon is right at the shopping centre so hence why we charge a slightly different price.
For the service you pay today is £35 for white tip infill set, £5 extra for chrome on top. We do believe it's a reasonable and competitive price here in Taunton.
