Every time I have been into this store, when you go to the till the prices never match regardless with the Superdrug card prices. When you question everytime you are made to feel like you’re stealing! And each time I’ve had £10 worth to of items mis sold to me as advertised! Staff follow you around on entry, so much so you can’t actually view the elf make up at the front of the store without them in the way. I understand shoplifting deterrent however I am a 30 year old women who had never had an issue in the town store - they are LOVELY. And over my 15 years shopping at Superdrug i have probably spent thousands. This store need to do better.

I’ve been to the store three times now each time staff have followed me around making me feel uncomfortable. They followed me down an aisle not realising I was stopping to look at something, said ooops waited on the end of the aisle until I started walking again, then continued to walk behind me. Staff are rude when asked for help, I’ll go back to using Taunton store. Someone needs to do some serious customer training with staff.

Very rude staff member at the till.
Was waiting around 10/15mins for a member of staff to come over to the tills as there as no one there to serve customers, mean while a queue was building up behind me. Eventually a young stocky girl with glasses came walking very slowly over and stopped to chat to another staff member on her way. She didn’t apologise for my wait and then proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t sell a paracetamol to me (a 23 yr old) even though I had photographic ID with me. I then decided to feel the store without buying anything feeling very upset and angry about the attitude of this girl. Very disappointing.

Staff are rude and unhelpful and store manager named ‘Larry’ don’t know how to speak with the customer! He’s really rude! I don’t even know how he got the job!

I want to say a BIG thankyou to Courtney who does my nails and eyebrows at the branch at the retail park. She's very talented and patient and always walk out the store super happy with how nice my nails and eyebrows look. They last a long time too! Thank-you again Courtney xx

Honestly the worst experience ever! I brought a gift for someone then I 2nd guest it and decided to exchange it for something else. The manager named ‘Larry’ bald large man was so disrespectful towards me telling me up close into my personal space shouting why I have come back and why I want to return the item, ‘what’s the problem’ I was left in shock and shaken I didn’t say anything to back myself up. I just said I want an exchange that’s all and I apologised even though there was no fault of my own. Now if the store was busy I’d understand and I would’ve not went back in would’ve returned it another day but it was so dead in there was only me and another 2 customer in the whole shop that was it! I wish if I had to go back I would’ve returned the item and never looked back and never shopped there again! Worst store ever never again! Was so so disrespectful. Ruined my whole day I was left so upset! I was going to complain to store manager but realised he was the store manager! So disrespectful the way he speaks to customers and huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes, don’t know who made him the store manager should be fired otherwise you’ll have no customers left in that dead place as it is already probably due to him!

Unbelievably rude staff member who we've had two bad experiences with. Seriously needs some customer service training, or just remove her from the till. I don't expect to leave a shop visibly upset by a sales assistants service. Other staff have always being helpful and polite. Store is lovely, and well maintained.
