It seems so lovely but I had two nails broke off within 3 days i had it done on Thursday and it £53 which is okay but when the two nails broke off it was very disappointing so I went in on the next Thursday because they always make people wait for 30/1 hour so I went in when it wasn’t as busy and they charged me another £6 to fix two nails that broke off in less than a week I’ve never know a place to charge for such a small thing if it was over 2 weeks then yes I expect to pay but it was within 3 days and the man didn’t take the arcylic off properly and left half of it still on and just put more glue and extension on and for some reason the nails just so bent and makes it so easy to come off just half of it and he did the French tips wonky and didn’t match the other nails I had done with the lady there they both are quite rude don’t talk or take proper bookings so you could be waiting there for god knows how long I would never go back please save your money there are loads of better place to go that I had much more pleasant times in where they communicate and don’t make you wait and fix nails and don’t charge such petty price when it’s already overpriced for what it is shocking and a ten year old boy prepping nails

Don’t bother coming here I asked for square and filed a fraction on the side she cut the first one into coffin so I reminded her then she cut the rest into coffin then when I told her it’s not what I asked for she cut the tips off and told me do not come back and find someone else to do them no wonder they never have any customers

Very poor , I went in for gel nail removal and , it took all of two minutes , the guy was in a complete rush and rude .I got charged £10 and gained a fungal nail infection as a dirty dremel was used . Avoid this place cleanliness very poor . They only take cash too.

Rushed and had an approx 10 yr old boy prep my nails in a poor manner' almost catching my cuticle several times!
it's just about how much money they can make here and not about good customer service or product unfortunately 😏
