I have never ever been talked down to like this before. I am 68 and don’t want to be treated like a child and not talked to, but barked at !!! I have severe arthritis and at one point he hit one of my fingers down so severely it really hurt. The man had no respect for his customer at one point he even shouted at me to relax other customers looked on in amazement. They do not deserve your trade let me tell you. All are rude and arrogant. Keep away from this place.

The professionalism of this place is zero. A women that works there point blank refused to do my granddaughters nails simply because my granddaughter was unhappy on one occasion with nails being different lengths and asked for it to be sorted out. My granddaughter has been twice since then and on both occasions she has refused to do her nails putting other customers before my granddaughter just so she didn’t have to do it. My granddaughter is 14. A child. This “adult” needs some lessons on how to deal with a situation and move on. She is rude and to put another customer before my granddaughter is extremely unprofessional.

I have been going to this salon for quite a while now. The way I was treated today was absolutely appalling. Customer care is not paramount in this establishment.

I came out of this establishment in tears this morning. This is the second time I’ve come here. The technical skills of the employees are good but when I was trying to work out (using a picture) what to do with my nails the owner/older male nail technician kept getting cross, impatient and raising his voice at me until he finally ended in violent head shaking fit where he kept saying “NO NO NO” we can’t do thatI was so embarrassed since there were other people having their nails done. I have never been treated so poorly by a service provider of any sort in my life. This was not as issue of language barrier or cultural differences as I am Jamaican and in our culture we can be a little blunt sometimes. The issue wasn’t that they could not do what I was requesting but more so how I was spoken to in front of the whole shop. This is not what you want when you come to do something beauty related. I felt degraded and put down. Offcoarse seeing this, they wont care because all they care about is their bottom line and turning out as many people out as possible rather than having a good all around reputation in the business. If you want something straightforward done this can be a good place to go but if you need to discuss things at all don’t bother unless you want to be spoken to like hot garbage.

The Chinese man who owns this shop is very abrupt, attitude, bad language etc. They demand only cash so obviously avoiding paying taxes in this country.
