Been coming here for 6 years and I'm not returning after I was overcharged and treated with a bad attitude and if I'm honest the nails never last and end up snapped in the middle and I have to tape them up as I can't get them off and it's painful. I won't be returning due to these faults.

Worst experience ever. Me and my friend were waiting 30 minutes for gel manicure, and they didn’t even apologise for making us wait. The service was awful, the lady who was doing my nails was doing at the same time with me another customer too which was really stressful and unprofessional because she was in a hurry the whole time. My nails are not in the best condition and were destroyed the day after. I am really disappointed, what a waste of money. We wouldn’t go back.

Absolutely amazing service had to repair what can only be described as a complete mess from another nailbar in north end. The nailbar fitted me in at very short notice and they did an amazing job I can't thank them enough. Will definitely be using them again! Thank you.

Strange place, no acknowledgement on entry for me, the worker I got didn't speak to me the whole visit. Other customers were greeted like family. Other customers offered tea etc, not me. Dull as dishwater staff, and rude. Avoid the place, staffhavezero customer facing skills. May e it's a cultural thing.
