I always go here and enjoy it as a treat. I took my teenager for the first time and she had photos of what she was looking for. She got exactly what she wanted! I went the “Cats Eyes” gel this time! It’s magic! My nails are lovely and look like glass!

The first time I passed by this shop, the staff said I can have Cat Eye for an extra £5. Today I came to have my nails done, waited about 20 minutes as the shop was busy. The shop ventilation was poor as it smelled nail chemical all around all the time I was inside. When my attendant came, I told him my chosen color but I still asked for Cat Eye options, and he clearly said he will give it after he cleaned. However, when I asked for the Cat Eye options again, he said “We are running out of Cat eye”. Like you just said you will have me choose and then now you are saying you dont have the option? I was under the impression that he was in a hurry. This was about 4:30pm.

Hi. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear that your experience díd not fully meet your expectations.

Regarding the cat eye design, unfortunately at the time of your visit, the cat eye gel you requested was no longer available. Once this realised, we explained the situation and you kindly agreed to choose an alternative colour, which we truly appreciated.

We apologise for any misunderstanding or confusion during the service , especially as the salon was very busy at that time. This was never ourr intention and we will work on improving our communication with customers in the future.

In tém of the smell , our salon is cleaned daily and we follow all hygiene and safety standards. Nail products do have a natural chemical smell, especially during busy hours but we are continuously working to improve ventilation for our clients’ comfort.
