Sammy Wiggetts I honestly can’t recommend my you enough.

From the very beginning you have taken so much pride in your work, salon, and yourself and it truly shows in every single appointment.

You have completely transformed my nails from broken, bitten, unhealthy nails into strong, healthy natural nails with beautiful length, and I’m so grateful for the care and patience you've shown throughout the journey.

You genuinely care about nail health and keep guiding me every step of the way. From treatments and advice to recommending the best aftercare nail products, hand care products, and other lovely retail items that have really helped me maintain healthy nails between our appointments.

Your salon is always such a welcoming, comfortable space where you can completely relax, have a laugh, vent about life, and just enjoy the appointment. AND I love that the conversations go both ways too.

It never feels rushed or impersonal which is a win for me as being a mum. I like the mum care time I get.

Thank you for all your hard work, dedication, advice, and kindness. My nails have never looked or felt this healthy, and I always leave feeling more confident and cared for.

Owner Response:

Thank you for your kind words cassie 🩷

Nails were poor.

The thing about threatening and trying to blackmail a hotel owner so you dont leave a poor review is they can also leave a false review back.

You told me if I came to the hotel "its not going to go well for me" - not sure how to take that but I came to the hotel and you weren't even there.

You said you would seriously effect my business with a bad review - well it wont effect mine at all. But rest assured this isnt the only place ill be making your behaviour known. My family all live in Perth.

You had a problem with the heating which was resolved, you were offered an alternative room and we even came to the hotel personally.

Have a great day.
