Wow, a little hidden Gem!

This was a birthday treat for my two daughters and it turned out to be a truly fantastic spa experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Abbie, who was so friendly and informative. She offered us delicious drinks on arrival and explained everything we needed to know about using the facilities, which made us feel relaxed straight away.
All three of us had treatments with Mariella, who was incredibly friendly and professional. She made the whole pampering experience feel so special, and we were still talking about it days later!
The afternoon tea was like no other-beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
We couldn't have asked for a more memorable and relaxing time. Highly recommended!

I almost don’t want to write a review as want to keep it my little secret! This is a beautifully kept and professionally run spa. The facilities are just enough for a spa day. Lovely big pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. They never over book so it’s always a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Treatments are dreamy and therapists are top notch. All in all a little gem of a place in Witney.

I had the most incredible experience at Richmond Village Wellness Spa, and honestly, I can’t stop talking about it. From the moment we arrived, the welcome from Gemma was absolutely fabulous — warm, friendly, and genuinely made us feel special and relaxed straight away.

The spa itself is stunning. The pool area was beautifully clean, and the facilities were perfect: a gorgeous pool, jet pool, sauna, and steam room. The whole place smelled amazing — no harsh chlorine smell at all, just a lovely, calming aroma that instantly made you feel relaxed. It also wasn’t very busy, and at times it genuinely felt like we were the only ones there, which made it feel even more luxurious and private.

My treatments with Ellie were out of this world. I had an Indian head massage and a foot and leg treatment, and both were absolutely incredible — deeply relaxing, professionally done, and honestly some of the best treatments I’ve ever had. Pure bliss.

I also loved all the little thoughtful touches — tester bottles of the Temple Spa products to try, and even a second complimentary hot drink when I helped myself. Such a lovely, generous experience.

Lunch was another highlight. We were lucky enough to eat in a private room all by ourselves, which was so lovely and such a refreshing change from the usual “group in robes mixed with other diners” spa lunch experience. The healthy lunch options really impressed me — especially as someone who avoids sugar and carbs. There were loads of salad choices, which is something I so often struggle to find, and everything felt fresh and nourishing.

And the price… unbelievable value.
£85 for full spa access, two 30-minute treatments, and lunch — that is genuinely incredible for the quality of experience you get.

Overall, I can honestly say this was probably the best spa experience I’ve ever had. I would 100% go again and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a truly relaxing, high-quality spa day.

The only downside? I live 5 minutes away, so I will probably end up spending a small fortune there now 😅💸
But honestly — totally worth it. 💆‍♀️✨

‘The’ best place for rehabilitation by a long way.
It has been a long road to recovery after breaking both ankles, one so severe that it is held together by pins and screws that will stay forever. Finding an appropriate pool for people over 50 years did not take long. I followed my given exercises and the option of attending additional water exercise classes with Annette was excellent. This was on a casual day pass plus I was able to attend the gym after an induction session with Annette which was a bonus.
Attending Annette’s water exercise classes twice a week improved my walking substantially. I was fortunate to join the wellness spa two months ago, 10 months into my recovery process. I added Annette’s weighted workouts twice a week and more pool-based exercise.
With the specialised training in rehabilitation Annette provides I learned so much. I am now keeping my posture and balance better, can nearly squat and work on more improvements. Such a progress from two month ago. I can highly recommend Annette’s classes and the staff at the Witney Wellness Spa. It is an oasis with small classes, using lighting, aromatherapy shower, spa, sauna, steam room, rest lounges and adequate temperature to make you feel well.

Lovely few hours spent with my daughter before our return home. The massage was delightful. Mariella was very good and the light lunch afterwards was very welcomed.
It seemed to be attached to a retirement village so we came across quite a few elders, which was a pleasant surprise.

My friends and I treated ourselves to a wonderful spa experience. The staff were all lovely. Facilities were beautifully clean and modern. It was nice and quiet as well. I had the most wonderful facial and leg energizer by Ellie. The products Ellie used were lovely. I can honestly say the best facial I have ever had. Such a shame I live so far away to make it a regular treat. There was a nice selection choice of a light lunch which was very tasty and we sat in a small room on our own in our robes. All in all a lovely time spent at the spa. Thank you Ellie again. 😊

My Mum and I had a wonderful 4 hour spa visit today. All the staff were very friendly. The afternoon tea was so tasty and filling. It was so lovely to eat this together in a private, relaxing room just us two. We both had an amazing 60 minute massage each, performed by Mariela C and Ellie. It was one of the best massages we have ever had and we didn’t want it to end! We will definitely be back, thank you!

Me and my Fiancèe visited the wellness spa whilst on a trip in Witney from London. Our hotel included a spa on site, however we chose to visit here due to the better prices and facilities included…We were not at all disappointed! This was our first experience receiving a spa treatment and massage. It was incredible!! Mariela was very friendly, warm and welcoming from arrival and she made us both feel very comfortable during our treatments. The spa facilities including swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room and experience shower were amazing, and our package included a tasty and well thought out afternoon tea/lunch. This was a wonderful day out for us both and we recommend anyone in the area to visit the wellness spa for a day! Thank you again to Mariela and the team and we hope to visit again when we are back in the area! :)

Great Spa membership for swimming, Aquazumba, more sedate stretch/physio exercises, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Fab staff, Friendly members. Once a member there are other timetable exercises, yoga, gym etc
