She cancelled appointment 1.5 hours before without any notice (2 times). Avoid! She is a scammer.

Do not use this service. Doesn’t keep customers informed about moving appointments, won’t offer a refund after they moved the appointment and then cancel the appoint with no offer of a refund. Save your money and go to a business who care and don’t rip you off. Terrible service, I get things happen which are out of people’s control but as a business you should inform customers, unfortunately informing customers is part of the business and if you can’t fulfil the service because you have to cancel for whatever reason, a refund should be offered. Just money grabbing.
