FIVE STAR NAILS WANTAGE

I was surprised by the service i received in comparison to the reviews i read prior to my visit. The staff came across quite unfriendly and my nails were not professionally done (I needed to ask for some nails to be redone which felt like an inconvenience to them .... also no apology). Hygiene was also questionable as there were little bugs flying around (one even got on my wet nail which i needed to mention as well). Overall not a positive experience so unfortunately I couldn't wait for my appointment to be over and I won't be coming back.

Chaotic non functioning booking service with an unapologetic owner. I was so offended by his attitude I did not stay for pedicure.

Five Star Nails really lives up to its name! I got a full acrylic set, ombré with chrome powder. I’ve genuinely never been happier after a nail appointment and will undoubtedly be returning.

The nail tech who did my nails was an absolute wizard - skillfully precise, very quick and I had virtually no notes to give at any point through the process.

Thank you Five Star Nails!

The staff here were very friendly and accommodating towards my request. I would not hesitate to recommend this salon. Being so LGBTQ friendly is still not common, unfortunately.

I am so happy I found Lewis and this nail salon. Nothing is ever an issue, the service is just outstanding every time I visit 😁. A cupa is always offered and I won't ever be going anywhere else now for my nails. Best thing is they are opened on a Sunday too! Thanks again to Lewis and his team for always making me feel special 😀
